Using this apps to place order for dinner on 25-APR at 6:20PM, stated to drop by pick up at 7PM at Tmn Putra outlet. Reached at 6:50PM to wait, until 7:15PM not ready yet. Asked total 3 times until 7:45PM only collected. While walk-in customer order at 7:20PM is able to collect their meal after 10-mins. What is the purpose of this apps? Don't use this apps as it is inconvenient at all, just to show only. Not deserved for 1 star at all! No negative star here, else I definitely will choosed it!!!!

The app interface is not up to par as other F&B apps. So tedious the process of placing order. Removing ordering items is also a pain in the butt. App is not available to choose which store to deliver order. Birthday free gift is only available for delivery order. What a joke!! . KFC team, I m sure you can do better than that... Anyway, I love your hot & spicy chicken. 👍

My bank account deducted. Yet, the order is still there in the cart. Then, I have to wait the store manager to verify my order. This proceess is very troublesome. Worst experience ever. FYI, refund process would take 7-21 working days. My advice, uninstall the app and go straight away to their kiosk.
