Ratings and reviews

The credit union only said that the app was getting an update not that the app would no longer work. Had to use the credit union website to find the new version of the app to download. Also the app can no longer remember multiple usernames. I manage 2 accounts and now have to continually keep deleting and typing the username of the accounts. Also noticed the initial $5 in the savings account is no longer visible. Hopefully nothing else is no longer visible. So far not off to a good start.

The verbiage on the positive reviews suggests it's a bunch of bots. The amount displayed is never correct. Of all the places I bank with, kinecta is always the slowest to process transactions. In person at the branches, the tellers are usually good, but good luck with the folks at the call center.

I can do a lot of things I need to do through the app without having to go inside the branch. All the things in the app work well.
