unfortunately I do enjoy buying data and conversion of airtime to cash but in the aspect of withdrawal these apps is very very terrible I can't explain because of tier 2 KYC I have been waiting for upgration for almost a week now but boom nothing happens rather than telling me to resubmit my documents again. is so frustrating

Tying to do airtime2cash, they were able to successfully deduct my 10k airtime and said I'd receive 8.5k to my acc, was able to do my KYC. Now comes the time to process the money to my account, they deliberately locked in my money, bringing another KYC "level 2" i need to do again, hb d beginning? trying, but keep getting an error from their poorly structured broken backend, over 3 days now, their support is poor! CEO/CTO isn't helping, they're not responding on socials, not even picking calls.
