About this app

Monster Pay is an Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Monster Pay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.


For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Ratings and reviews

Machines had credit card scanners that did not work, so i had to install the app. You must load a minimum of $10 to your account before knowing what a load costs. App worked fine to run both machines, and even tracked the time on the wash and dry cycle, which was nice. The app offers an easy way to request a refund and said to expect 2-3 business days to process. It's been 8 business days, 11 calendar days, and my refund has not been processed. Would give 4 stars if refund were timely.

the app is pretty good, it keeps fairly accurate time and I haven't had any pay issues at all. my only gripe is that when I use the dryer it will ask if I want to add an extra 8 minutes for 50 cents. anytime I want to do it it will say it can't connect to the machine, even though it's already running because I payed. there's no way to ask it through the app either which is frustrating because I don't need another full cycle sometimes, just an extra 5-10 minutes to dry.

They refuse to refund your money. Regardless of whether you moved out and can longer use or need this service, they refuse to refund your money. I have requested a refund 4 times already and each one has been declined. They are thieves. Why have a refund button on the app if you have zero intention on issuing any refund?
