the app is pretty good, it keeps fairly accurate time and I haven't had any pay issues at all. my only gripe is that when I use the dryer it will ask if I want to add an extra 8 minutes for 50 cents. anytime I want to do it it will say it can't connect to the machine, even though it's already running because I payed. there's no way to ask it through the app either which is frustrating because I don't need another full cycle sometimes, just an extra 5-10 minutes to dry.

Machines had credit card scanners that did not work, so i had to install the app. You must load a minimum of $10 to your account before knowing what a load costs. App worked fine to run both machines, and even tracked the time on the wash and dry cycle, which was nice. The app offers an easy way to request a refund and said to expect 2-3 business days to process. It's been 8 business days, 11 calendar days, and my refund has not been processed. Would give 4 stars if refund were timely.

I've been using Monster Pay now for almost a year, it's easier than needing to keep coins on hand. I was happy when the Apts installed it. I like being able to watch my time from home. It also stopped the no good thieves from breaking in the machines. I've never had an issue using it!
