This thing doesn't detect the machine half the time. I scan the QR code,the machine lights up , acknowledging that I scanned it, but when I press the start button nothing happens. This has happened consistently for the last 3 weeks, and each week, one that had this problem before will work fine, and a new one will stop working. Having an app for this sort of thing is a sign of the degradation of society due to technology.

I am very pleased so far. The machines are well maintained unlike the last company in my Apt building. The app works perfectly. Only complaint I would have is that it is very easy to spend more money than you intend to in the app especially with the dryers. With the dryers as soon as you press the button to start the dryer a notification pops up to add time to it at .25 cents a pop. So pay close attention because the time is not needed unless your drying especially heavy and dense items.

The machines are better than the old, and I do like using them with the app, despite a bad experience I had with one of the dryers here. I used the dryer twice, and it never dried my clothes. I asked for a refund and explained the details, but I never received anything.
