I downloaded this, but it constantly makes you verify, excessively so. And crashes literally anytime you try to attach a photo, which is literally 90% of the reason why you need to send photos to your provider... I made sure everything is added, and permissions given to the app. I literally installed it, today, to send a photo post op, and it doesn't work. Incredibly disappointing given practices PAY to provide this service for their patients. And it doesn't work.

Moderately useful in communicating with my pain doctor and staff. Would be a lot better if I could take advantage of bio logins instead of having to get a text and an email just to login. And that's of it decides to connect in the first place. Many times it just hangs after I tell it I'm a patient. And now, trying to attach my new insurance card to send, it crashes on me every time. Definitely needs improvement.

App and website force me to access each message as if I were a new patient. Takes like 10 steps. Also, zero integration with my doctor's patient portal; I need to log in to both apps regularly to keep abreast of changes. Only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is that the content from my doctor is useful, and it avoids having to navigate their phone tree. Of my various healthcare providers, this is the worst patient-facing app by a mile.
