Connecting after the app finds the soundbar is borderline impossible. it's moved past connecting to the network set up stage twice, frozen on connecting to the network, and now it's not connecting again. I've reset both my phone and the sound bar, reinstalled, and tried the app on both an iPad and Android. Gotta say, I typically don't do reviews, but this is pretty garbage for the 300 sound bar.

Rather buggy edge-cases were missed when coding up this backend. @Klipsch, have your team put some more effort into making the app usable. Yes it does work, but not on all devices. When it does connect to my Flexus 100, it doesn't always "fully" connect. You'll notice this by the icons being greyed out, and will change to a brighter orange accent color when they do activate. Keeping the app around just because some features are not available on the remote, and will put up with the annoyances.

Buggy and lacks polish. has crashed twice on my Galaxy S25+. Fails to connect to my Flexus Core 210 probably 50% of the time. When it does connect, it sometimes takes 8-10 seconds. That seems kinda ridiculous, given the JBL app connects quickly and every single time to my Bar 500MK2. The developer needs to do better or Klipsch needs to fire them. Klipsch is supposed to be a premium brand. The Klipsch Connect Plus app is not a premium experience.
