Ratings and reviews

Hands down, this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I don't think it's an issue with the employees as much as with the upper management. There's zero coordination, a lack of professionalism, and they don't even understand how the new features work, which means they weren't briefed as they should have been. + The balance should be automatically updated in real-time, not manually refreshed by the user.

The app keeps crashing. Instead of refunding the subscription after they failed their promise, They increased the yearly subscription to 4K EGP!

This app was working perfectly until the last update, keep crashing, sometimes working sometimes not, this is not acceptable when you deal with money. How to trust your app if i can't get my money whenever i need.
