very bad app just need you to download app and log in and active card ....helper is very bad just copy past answers . and they just take your id photo without any other things they didnt asked me for any thing else and just cancel credit and try after 6 month that very bad

this is by far one of the worst apps ever, and the worst customer support. they delete your accounts and information without your consent. and their customer support is mainly copying and pasting replies, and acting on their own. very unprofessional and unhelpful service. nothing is clear and no one knows what's going on in there, when you apply for a limit and get rejected they don't tell you why or what's wrong. just keep repeating reapply in 6 months, though I only uploaded my ID.

Not working properly, I have tried to add money to my account, the amount has been taken off my funding bank and didn't show at Klivvr, just I got a message from them saying it's pending, I had to contact the customer service, and they said the transaction has been failed and it should be refunded to your account within 4 working days, and my bank says Klivvr already received the payment, now I'm waiting to see what will happen after this 4 days, update after 1 week still nothing, nightmare
