this is by far one of the worst apps ever, and the worst customer support. they delete your accounts and information without your consent. and their customer support is mainly copying and pasting replies, and acting on their own. very unprofessional and unhelpful service. nothing is clear and no one knows what's going on in there, when you apply for a limit and get rejected they don't tell you why or what's wrong. just keep repeating reapply in 6 months, though I only uploaded my ID.

I have fully paid the installment and previously submitted a formal complaint. Despite this, no action or response has been taken. Your collection agent engaged in verbal abuse, insults, and intimidation, which constitutes defamation and harassment under applicable law. Accordingly, I am filing a police report for verbal abuse and defamation against the company.

Very interesting app manages all my expenses as a secondary card for my bank cards and the offers for the credit are awesome very good start from you, except for more soon
