Ratings and reviews

I regret that I joined them!! It is one of the worst financial app/company, if not the worst!! I took more than one hour to finalize the process at their booth (I took few minutes with the other applications). They kept changing and reducing my approved limit for more than 4 times. Now, I'm trying to pay the 1st. installment but I can't find the payment option on the app. It is very poor app and their customer service is horrible with either no response or bad response.

Sure thing apart from being told many many unrealistic things about the app and how things work in lets get to the latest thing which is when i wanted to buy a gift from Mazaya even though it's clearly supposed to be having Deals with ur selves i called ur call center to make Sure coz i didn't wanna go there and look like a joke the call center confirmed twice yes go it's guaranteed and i have the calls recorded just to go and Mazaya say SORRY we dont deal with kliver NO MORE

I did every thing till the limit activation, then i tried to get my klivvr card but the sales person didn't give it to me saying alot of silly excuses like we are on rush, it is peak moment, and we are on triple zero offers day(that was why i need my card to buy and claim the offer) and told me to come in any other day without looking at my face, and with 0% polite response !!!!! Are you always like this klivvr!!!!!! Tell me so i avoid using your app!
