Not recommended. 1. CS registered my last name & phone # incorrect. 2. Too high fees for paying thru credit card. 3. Can't settle early. 4. Not working across multiple websites. 5. Got same avail limit some app else & is way better applied. 6. Once thru w/ my payment plan, so uninstalling.

Very poor customer experience. I activated the application and received a credit limit, then visited Branch 2B in Dokki to sign the contract. My application was rejected due to “proof of employment,” despite providing my national ID, Commercial Registration, Tax Card, and proof that I am a general partner in Cubex Construction. The Area Manager then asked for the original Tax Card, although this requirement was never communicated beforehand. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

I regret that I joined them!! It is one of the worst financial app/company, if not the worst!! I took more than one hour to finalize the process at their booth (I took few minutes with the other applications). They kept changing and reducing my approved limit for more than 4 times. Now, I'm trying to pay the 1st. installment but I can't find the payment option on the app. It is very poor app and their customer service is horrible with either no response or bad response.
