Workforce is the software for workforce planning (Workforce Dispatch) and field service management (Workforce Field) to digitize your service management process.

The new mobile Workforce app (Workforce Field) gives field staff easy access to all order, asset, and customer data – even offline. Working hours, material usage, service reports, and signatures are recorded directly via smartphone, tablet, or laptop, as are photos or videos for documentation. Digital recording saves paper, avoids errors, and increases efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The optimized user flow ensures seamless navigation and enables users to work more efficiently and effectively.

Individually preconfigurable checklists and forms support service technicians in processing orders in a time-efficient and accurate manner. With the new Workforce Field app, PDF forms can now also be seamlessly integrated. Document your services in a standardized manner and without media disruption. At the same time, optimize field service workflows.
