The only thing i want you to update is the forget password area, where you ask mothers maiden name- which was an autogenated from what we enter in your format.

I applied for an FD-backed credit card after a call from the Kotak team. My application shows “Received” in the Kotak 811 app, but customer care says they can’t see it in their system. For 3 days they promised callbacks but none came. This has been very disappointing. Kindly resolve my issue urgently, as this experience has changed my view of Kotak’s service.
