"I'm really frustrated with this app; it feels completely useless and inefficient! It seems like people won't even be able to get or renew their weapon licenses anymore. The old manual method was a thousand times better. This application is missing a crucial feature: the option to decrease or increase the number of cartridges when applying for a weapon change. I've tried applying for a weapon change twice now, and I specifically wanted to reduce the number of cartridges, but it's not possible😥

"The app is really good overall, but like many other apps, it has some minor issues. I kindly request that you add a Cancel button in the Excise and Taxation services section. Currently, if someone enters their details just to try or test the app, there is no way to cancel the process, and the data gets saved permanently. Adding a cancel option would allow users to exit the process without saving their information. Thank you!".

I am facing an issue while using the Dastak App. Every time I try to proceed, I receive the error message “Failed to process request.” I have already tried multiple solutions, including logging in again, clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, changing networks (WiFi and mobile data), and attempting at different times of the day. Despite all these efforts, the problem still persists. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
