I have signedup for account. When i try to login it says "account does not found". When i try to forget my password it says "something went wrong". When i try to again signup it says "account already registered". I have mailed this issue to IT dept they haven't responded from past several days. And its been more than 3 weeks im constantly getting same error. Where solution is nowhere to be found

It is a very useful app. You can do all the steps within a short time. You don't need to stand in a long queue or to visit any office. But it takes too long to get a licence. It's been more than 4 months that I m waiting for SO arms to issue me a licence.

Is there any option to rate this app zero. I have applied for my license on 16 September and It stuck in option 3 and till now I'm waiting. It is far better to do the process manually while waiting here for months. This app is not for our ease but just to waste the people's times.
