Very unreliable in their delivery. Several times I ordered things from here and they were missing from the order when it arrived. Most of the times when you order bananas (yelakki), they will send another variety that is half the cost. Refund requests get rejected as well. I have stopped ordering from here. Better to use other platforms.

Worst service and extremely rude support. I ordered groceries at 11:11 AM with a 38 min ETA, but even after 12 PM no delivery partner was assigned. Support kept me on hold, failed to connect me, and disconnected the call. No option to cancel either. I had to order from another app and got it in minutes. Even after requesting cancellation and confirmation, the status still shows 'will deliver soon'. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating experience. Totally unreliable service.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience. I am missing an item from my order, but despite reaching out via multiple emails and phone calls, I have not received a refund. Customer support is requesting photographic proof of a missing item, which is impossible to provide. This was a genuine error on your part, and the lack of support I’ve received is unacceptable. I expect a resolution and a refund for the missing item immediately.
