useless app. I heard from the KPN Fresh Store that they have completely stopped home delivery. The app is now practically useless. It doesn't even let you view the items available in the store. Whenever I try to check, it simply shows "Area Unserviceable" and nothing else. If home delivery has been discontinued, the app should at least allow customers to browse the products available in the store. Very disappointing. If I could, I would have given it 0 stars.

It is a matter of ethical issues. While ordering, the app showed several items as available, but they were not delivered. Of the items that arrived, only the bill was included—several products were missing. The delivery person and store are blaming each other, but the customer bears the loss. Please address this to improve service.

It doesn't show the current location for my address and the app doesn't allow me to manually input the address and location. The moment I open the app it takes to fix my address based on current location and the address is totally different from my home address 30th April 2026 I made a mistake of ordering vegetables online today a few items for ₹340+ seeing a delivery time of 40mins. It's more than 90 mins and they're unable to find a delivery agent. Contact number generally unavailable.
