Ratings and reviews

In app it shows delivery in 18mins, but it takes 1hour to deliver the items. why??? there are no delivery partners? then stop home delivery options. I had this experience multiple times and everytime i reachout to your customer service, they say only one line "sorry for the inconvenience",to be honest those guys are also not aware when it will be delivered. PATHETIC!!

It is a matter of ethical issues. While ordering, the app showed several items as available, but they were not delivered. Of the items that arrived, only the bill was included—several products were missing. The delivery person and store are blaming each other, but the customer bears the loss. Please address this to improve service.

It doesn't show the current location for my address and the app doesn't allow me to manually input the address and location. The moment I open the app it takes to fix my address based on current location and the address is totally different from my home address 30th April 2026 I made a mistake of ordering vegetables online today a few items for ₹340+ seeing a delivery time of 40mins. It's more than 90 mins and they're unable to find a delivery agent. Contact number generally unavailable.
