Ratings and reviews

The search bar should automatically appear when you click the shop button. The search bar doesn't come easily once you've got to the cart so going back to choose another product is difficult. Sometimes I leave the app and log in again. It is also difficult to see previous orders. Please improve these functionality issues. Also payment section is only in Arabic. English functionality would be a great help.

Even with fast Internet, the app sometimes shows blank pages as if there's a bug, especially when following a link from the Pharmacy's WhatsApp message box.

First and worst experience with Dawa. I uploaded my prescription, and my insurance approved both medicines, but only one was delivered. It took over 4 hours despite the medicine being urgent. I tried contacting customer support around 10 times with no proper help. After waiting 25 minutes on a call, I was promised a callback within an hour regarding the missing medicine, but no one called. Extremely poor service, unreliable delivery, and unacceptable customer support. Extremely regretting
