Ratings and reviews

When this app works, it's fabulous and easy for me to use to clock in and out, make notes, and check on things work related. However, even after updates and restarts, most of the time I am unable to access the app unless it is connected to the internet. I am unable to connect to the internet when I am at work most times. It is very frustrating.

**Update: Haven't been able to get the app to open AT ALL, even with the update in April** WHEN the app works, it's easy to use and convenient since I don't pass a time clock on my way into my office. HOWEVER, the app rarely opens when I want to use it. When I tap the icon to open the app it goes to the loading screen and never leaves it. Needless to say, I rarely use this app. It's very unfortunate. For further context, I am using a Samsung S22 and this happens both I'm on wifi or 5g.

This app is a downward spiral and does everything in it's power to actually work correctly. Everything started off great, but as the weeks and months went on it gets worse. Would intermittently not connect to the server, now will not connect unless on wifi. Have verified this from different individuals with different phones and OS. They roll out updates once a century so don't hold your breath. This is the only review I've written on an app due to the fact of how terrible it is.
