Krave Mart is the best grocery app right now in Pakistan, with reasonable prices, free delivery, easy to use, and quickly delivered. if there are any issues with the product, they respond to your query and refund you within hours. after airlift was shut downno other grocery app was worth the hype, but Krave Mart came as a game changer and made it so easy for us all. please consider adding payment via easypaisa as well.

I was using this app and very much satisfied, but from the past few orders their services are continuously going down. even no roder assigned after 40 minutes, no proper response from the customer services. the order remains in the cart after placing the order. looking for better services or option.

I recently downloaded this app and for the first 3-4 orders the app was great. However, today I received beef meat that was rancid. It smelled so bad and looked grayish as well. I don't know how they sent it. I'm pretty sure that the "fresh meat" they're selling is old meat that is about to go bad. I sent a complaint throught the app but it said that the issue will be resolved in 4 hours. There isn't a contact number either so I had to contact the driver regarding the complaint.
