WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This app will charge your credit card multiple times against the same order. No one responds on their customer support chat properly. If you book a compliant they will mark resolved the ticket without addressing or resolving the issue. They will cancel your order without refunding your payment if paid online. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE ON THIS APP AND CHECK YOUR ORDER PROPERLY BEFORE PAYING CASH!!!

worse fraud app ever I shared the proof &requested an exchange for the defective item I received. Instead, your team is pushing for a wallet refund only. I do not want a wallet refund. This practice is manipulative because it forces customers to repurchase from you. If you can send a rider to pick up the item, you can send the same rider to deliver the replacement. Your refusal to exchange the item is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from your customer

very pathetic service my order has been cancelled several times in a row and also my amount of rupees 500 is stuck in the app wallet. i paid the order through credit card and order was cancelled after several cancellations of orders i get 1order passed through in which i retrieve back some amount but after that they are unable to complete my order. the switch off service in my area once my order is cancelled they dont give any reason. don't use it I recommend
