Quick delivery 🚚 Trustworthy platform 😌 They deliver exactly what they promote, never received anything expired or even the wrong flavor of the items. What's not available they clearly show it which is a satisfactory customer service.💯 The only issue is that there's a very limited variety available on this app and the majority of their stock is of eatables. Don't expect home accessories or any other usable items here. 👎🏻

Worst app experience. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I received an expired product and immediately created a support ticket requesting an exchange. However, I did not receive any response. The ticket status was marked as “solved,” even though no exchange was provided. I also contacted the head office, but unfortunately, there has been no response from them either. Additionally, the rider and the mart location have not been helpful in resolving this issue.

pastly it was good but currently their customer representative attitude is pathetic my order was cancelled without notification after 1.5 hour when it was showing it's on the way and when I complained about it they said please order it again when I got angry that I will uninstall their app their answer was it's your choice take care. won't use again
