Today is my first time using the Krave Mart app but the experience has been really bad. I ordered something but they cancelled my order themselves. Then I reordered it, but they are taking too much time. They mentioned the order would arrive within 15–20 minutes, but it’s been more than half an hour and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m really unhappy with their service very poor experience.

worse fraud app ever I shared the proof &requested an exchange for the defective item I received. Instead, your team is pushing for a wallet refund only. I do not want a wallet refund. This practice is manipulative because it forces customers to repurchase from you. If you can send a rider to pick up the item, you can send the same rider to deliver the replacement. Your refusal to exchange the item is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from your customer

Worst Products. I buy Some Groceries through Krave Mart and it was Disaster. too much Expensive you don't have Burgain. and Delivery process is too slow and the app has too much Timeout process when you open the app it show We are closed all riders are on delivery and we are back in an hour or 2 .what is this nonsense and you can't place an order during this timeout if you have Shortage of delivery Riders than hire them and take Best Salary package so that they doesn't Quit but Gave them a penny
