Ive gradually shifted my entire grocery shopping on this app. They deliver on time and the products are always fresh and A-quality But please add more brands and product categories so I never need to visit Imtiaz again

It's a very bad experience! Whenever I order, the order is never complete, and they keep refunding me, forcing me to use the app again and again, only to face the same issue - incomplete orders and delayed delivery, which takes 3-4 hours despite promising 45 minutes. The team is very slow, and they don't provide good service at all. I'm very disappointed with these people.👎👎👎👎👎

Yes, it's a great grocery delivery app but it takes too long for the order to arrive. It takes at least 1 and half hours or sometimes even 2 hours for an order to arrive. And every time I've placed an order at after 7pm, I've had to wait for 3 whole hours before the order gets cancelled eventually. It's honestly very frustrating. Especially when the delivery fee is around 175 rupees, i expect to get fast delivery service. PLEASE try to work on this. Otherwise it's a great app.
