worse fraud app ever I shared the proof &requested an exchange for the defective item I received. Instead, your team is pushing for a wallet refund only. I do not want a wallet refund. This practice is manipulative because it forces customers to repurchase from you. If you can send a rider to pick up the item, you can send the same rider to deliver the replacement. Your refusal to exchange the item is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from your customer

Third class customer service. never ever pay them by credit cards. they deliver in hours. and wrong items. (useless) and will never comeback with correct order. there is no agent to hear your problem. I paid 1400 for my order which I never recived . after 7 constant complaints which they mark "rejected" or "resolved" but it never happened. I questioned kravemart management to resolve this. I use to be their loyal customer and shop around 2000 on a daily basis.

Salam, I ordered twice, first time it was great but the second time the quality of edible items was waste of money. The worrying thing is that I tried but could not Lodge a complaint therefore I have decided never to order through them again.
