1. My ads never get any views so I thought it was something wrong with the way I was listing things. I got fed up with it so checked it on my husbands account and on mine it says the listings are "active", I could NOT find any of my current 3 listings on my husbands account. I am sure it's because they want you to pay to post your listing to get any views. 2. I haven't gotten a message on there in 4 months but everytime I do the people have ALWAYS flaked. Even for free stuff!

Easy to sell items. Customer service was extremely helpful without a wait when I had trouble verifying my account. However, the chat feature needs work. I will sometimes see a message on my notifications bar, but the message will not be in the chat feature of the app (or will be delayed in getting there), and it's not uncommon for messages to not go through at all.

Freezes constantly on app launch on android. SOMETIMES clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling will fix it for a couple days but it always starts crashing again. I have access to six different android devices of various brands and ages. Happens on every one of them. Perhaps KSL thinks that 40-45% of their mobile users aren't a significant enough portion to bother with?
