User journey frustrated by overt cross selling. If you just want to renew your prescription, you can't do that in just a few clicks. I have a prepayment subscription with the NHS but when I tried to order this week, the checkout would not let me proceed until I paid. Had to abandon the transaction. Now having to look for another app as I can't place an order any more.

Terrible app. Features not needed on it, difficult to navigate, and a pain in the backside if you don't visit the app often (I order once a month), as it requires constant logging in. If I were an older person, I wouldn't be able to keep up with it, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Bring back the old Lloyds Pharmacy app, much simpler to use and understand.

Good Morning, We have updated our website in line with the latest advancements in website/app design, as we did find our old website/app was outdated. We are still making adjustments where needed. Kind regards, Pharmacy2u

Massive Step Backwards. The old app may not have been feature rich (read not full of adverts and pushing upsell items) but it was very easy to just one click for a repeat order and to see what you had ordered, when and it's status. The new app is just a mess and making me consider a new supplier. Have to log back in every time. constant error messages and need to restart the app. Having to confirm delivery and billing address each and every time. Confusing navigation and poor help. Truly awful.
