May 2025: The app has recently changed, but it's different rather than better. Basic functionality of getting a repeat prescription and getting your medication still works. The reminders system, however is still not right: today I got a notification reminder even though the app shows my next reminder as being a week from now. Also, sometimes the app loses context and logs you out if you switch tasks. Having problems? Read other reviews, it's probably not you.

Works in the end but too many glitches, especially compared to the old Lloyds app which was excellent. The reorder/reorder all button is confusing - adds nothing to the basket unless you press it twice. Easy to double order in error. Why make it so complicated? Always asks me to login a second time even though I already have.

Awful app. Transferred from the superior Lloyds Direct app. This app doesn't remind you properly and leaves it to chance. Previous app knew how many tablets you had left and reminded in a timely fashion. This app has no idea and can only 1 single reminder which is dangerous when you have multiple prescriptions. Need to find a more caring provider.
