Update11/25 orders still fail. Useless app. Not exactly the best experience. The update recently was a downgrade. You have to re-login every time, AFTER you've done a biometric login. Also, the delivery and billing address sections are painful as they have to be respecified EVERY time. It feels like someone has spent extra time trying to work out how to be the most non user friendly. To top it off, my order just refuses to process, whilst web version works fine.

Well it used to work. Slow and basic, but got there in the end. Not any more. Latest update has killed the app. It wants me to open a family account with myself, to link me with me 🫤 If it ever loads my prescriptions, a big if, then whilst trying to upsell...before I even try to pay, I always get "Sorry, an error occurred processing your order." Cleared data, reinstalled...nope. Totally wrecked it. The days tick down until I run out of my prescription, and this awful app won't let me reorder

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear this. We are aware of issues with placing orders and our IT team are currently working on a fix for this. This should be resolved in the coming days. Was forced to, by old company, I hate it, not only was some of my tablets not transferred, but I have to login fully every time, it doesn't even remember my password (so I have to look it up first, has I don't remember it, I expect my phone & app to, (so can't remember to order any medication while at work). The ordering is slow too, you have to remember to turn switch to send to home add & 2 sections covering same details. Arrgh. I wish I could go back to my old one, did less but quick & easy.
