Update11/25 orders still fail. Useless app. Not exactly the best experience. The update recently was a downgrade. You have to re-login every time, AFTER you've done a biometric login. Also, the delivery and billing address sections are painful as they have to be respecified EVERY time. It feels like someone has spent extra time trying to work out how to be the most non user friendly. To top it off, my order just refuses to process, whilst web version works fine.

Dreadful. Forced to use it by them taking over Lloyds. Appalling app won't allow fingerprint login, says I can't change login without remembering the account on my device, but it doesn't remember it even though I've asked it to. Will probably look for another pharmacy. Lloyds were great. This is truly awful. Also, it asks you to register a payment card, but won't allow you to add it (a continuous 'loading' circle until the page times out). Truly useless. Shame on you. And shame on Lloyds

Terrible app. Features not needed on it, difficult to navigate, and a pain in the backside if you don't visit the app often (I order once a month), as it requires constant logging in. If I were an older person, I wouldn't be able to keep up with it, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Bring back the old Lloyds Pharmacy app, much simpler to use and understand.
