Ratings and reviews

Poor service. Riders are forced to take multiple orders because of the very low fare. There is no option where you can view the items you are going to pick up and deliver. Customers are taking advantage of this having the poor riders load items that are beyond the maximum limit. I won't recommend this app if you're planning to be a delivery rider.

The agents of Lalamove are often unfair, they tend to side with customers even if they are in the wrong. The fare is not appropriate for the riders, they take advantage of the riders. The system UI is not good, it consumes a lot of data when using their app. The pin location for pick up and drop off is often inaccurate. There is a lack of modes and features in the LalaDriver app. this should be 1 star only.

some suggestions: 1. Apply option for Door to Door service to ALL vehicles. Minimum RM2. Let customer choose. Our walking fees is not FREE! 2. This apps is over 2 years and basically it doesn't get better or get any upgrade in version updates. -Put only max 4km radius for pickup ping. So rider can concentrate more on nearby jobs ONLY - Call n Msg button directly link with wassapp application. Coz nobody reads your in app msg system. - Dark mode option to save battery life.
