My experience has been atrocious, I have been a paid LastPass user for 10 years now. Forget the increases in price, the program is totally unusable now. I have come to hate them as they make life unmanageable. Not only can they not get the accessibility option that allows them to work and fill in apps to stick, but then after putting in the master password and opening it up within 2 seconds I have to put it in again on the form and then I have to put in it again a third time, this is atrocious

I've used LP for many years. Excellent app. I wanted to utilize the 25% black Friday discount which doesn't seem to be offered in the app. Tried signing-in via browser for four days now, no luck. There doesn't seem to be a customer support (no phone/email). My UName and PW are correct. Tried their alternate setup - recieve screen-notice email was sent to an email of 10 years ago. I give up, will continue using the free version. Would hate to try to cancel a subscription!

Implementation is good on PC, but quite honestly, very poor on Android. It's too obtrusive, popping up on top of sites I'm trying to log into, even if the site isn't something I have recorded in the app. And then even if I diagnose it, it had the tendency to pop up again. Imagine having to close multiple windows every time you try to enter a username or password for every sure. Android functionality is important to me, so I'm likely dumping it as my fault password vault.
