Opened an account... I think? Have logged many times into the app and online banking, but get logged out automatically after accepting the terms. Contacted customer support and was told to call back as they have more instructions to continue the application, even tho I submitted the application and received no communication that there was an issue? Hard to trust a bank with my money when they can't figure out how to process basic applications. Judging by other reviews, I'm not an isolated case.

Best savings rate. Awesome banking features!

Pretty slow, clunky app. Low-budget service, but a good interest rate. If you don't have a brokerage fund and access to money market mutual funds, this is a competitive alternative. But going the brokerage route makes for an easier and much smoother transaction.
