Ratings and reviews

Service is slow and unreliable. Did a domestic wire transfer and they take the full 10 week days to apply it to my account when the bank I transferred it from shows it had completed successfully within two week days. Doesn't support external bank connections online. Doesn't utilize any other services like Plaid to smooth transfers and account connections. I am beginning to question their trustworthyness. It may be they need to rework the wording on how the holding works, Its not very clear.

I had a negative balance because my transfer and deposited check was minus instead of added. When I called about it they fixed the error, but then would not acknowledge their mistake. Then I find out that my transfer from another bank will take over 5 days to show up in my account. And my check deposit from work will take over a week to clear. What year is it because I have not had to wait over a week for a check to clear since the early 2000's?

The only bank account I know that pays you! I have my main deposits go here every paycheck. I haven't had any issues with the app in the year that I've had it and it's streamlined and simple just as you would hope. Great bank and app.
