This is the worse app for getting business. I set up my account and not even a minute later received an email stating I violated policies. I didnt even use the app. Can not reach out to anyone to find out what happened as there is not support unless you are logged into your profile which was deactivated immediately. Seems a lot like this app is a scam. I will stick to the other ones that actually work.

So, I used the app had just starting actually getting some clients then I get an email saying that I'm permanently suspended for violating terms like I was trying to take a customer from them which never happened. I don't know, they don't treat their contractors well and there is no support line to get any help, or resolution once they kick you out the app.

I have to copy and paste messages when messaging customers because you can’t see what you are typing to them because the keyboard covers what you are typing. Task notifications never go away for performance review and you get to many notifications because of this. Better options using the website than the app. As of 3/9/26 still not fixed.
