The last updates was horrible. The app will just hang at time when keyboard is being call up. Payment get stuck most of the time. Pls rectify urgently. Before update was good. Make me think twice for new updates. Above comments was for may update. Now after June updates, keyboard is still stuck either before input or after input. That's the reason card payment hang. Worse still it even hang at insert voucher screen. This is making shopping intolerable.
Been trying to purchase since Friday night 06/16/17 but could not secure checkout. App would just hang when inputting credit card details and would make you start over. Used to be a good app.. previous purchases were easy breezy.. but what happened? Still unable to checkout as of this review.. please address the error.
3 things i don't like about the new update. first : i can't trace my item. i mean,there is no detail in every progress. where is the date,the day when you packed my item,when you go out for delivering. what i want is,your report. Second : i didn't receive any tracking no for my item. it said,your order is being shipped. please check your email for more info for on the shipment. third : my keyboard won't showup everytime when i want to write something in live chat. fix all this thing. the truth is, i miss the old version of lazada.
there's a few problem with the app, like result from search, sometimes it shows different items (sometimes doesnt give me any result at all) so is should seek through category. and now when slide for category it only shows "isi ulang pulsa". please fix it, i often use lazada for buying online and trusted it.. and suggestion, give some kind of reward for regular customer that often use lazada's service
Product reviews are sometimes bogus, anyone can leave a review even without ordering. some may just be created by troll accounts of seller to get rating. Program cannot access product details, tried reinstalling still the same. Other than that its good. Searching is ok. Bought a couple of items ok. Updated app still the same. I forgot the password and lazada cant reset it, keeps repeating to input the email. Cust svc not helping.
1) Apps getting worst n worst everytime after updated 2) tis is 2nd time my ordered items was automatic cancelled in your system without any notice 3) now I even cannot seek help in your system, found CHAT but unable type in at all Looking for urgent assist
