As one who experiences severe anxiety, even fast walking makes my anxiety worse-finding exercise I can do has been extremely difficult. After discovering Lia's method, I can literally breathe again. I can get both toning and cardio in without overloading my sensitive nervous system further by doing her method. I have seen a big different in my stress due to Lia's emphasis on both breath and movement. I don't know what I would do without her method, she has saved my sanity and quality of life 🥰

Amazing app with all body pilates exercises. Even though I never took the class live and English is not my first language, I don't have any trouble following Lia's moves and clues. I am a longtime runner but it was only when I started practicing B the method I gained visible abs. Core centered workouts and stronger pelvic muscles helped me to feel confident and look better than ever. Definitely try B the method!

I have fallen hard for this workout and the gorgeous human that created it- B the Method and Lia Bartha are it for me. Just cancelled my other apps and im ALL IN!!. UPDATE: over 2 months later and the best part about my day is rolling out my mat and moving in this beautiful, meditative yet challenging method. My strength and muscle tone has improved so much and I have never felt better. If you are thinking about signing up- don't hesitate. 2 months from now you'll be so glad you did. Xo
