Download Capital Mobile+ app to your smart phone to perform transactions instantly using your mobile handset.


Pre requisite :

* The user needs to know his Customer ID to register for the app.

* If the user is not aware of the customer ID, the same can be found on the passbook, personalized cheque book or the user can contact the home branch to get the same.

* The registered mobile number should be in SIM tray 1 and should be set default for sending SMS during registration.

The app is not working from last 2 days. Whenever i try to open the app it shows error message "an unexpected error occured". Pls do something regarding this as most of my banking work depends upon the app. Otherwise overall experience is really good as the interface is really simple and user friendly. I would have given 5 stars but due to the technical errors m giving 3 stars. Will update the stars as soon as the problem is resolved.

Frequent technical glitches for the past few months...the login page doesn't open at all and then prompt me to update the app even when there's no update available. Then I am forced to uninstall n then reinstall it. After I am logged out of the page, I need to repeat that process again. But there's a silver lining in this failure of the developer team that now my customer ID is on my finger tips

I tried to register more than 10 times but after sending verification message, it returns to initial stage of sending message for verification. I talked to customer care too, but no resolution of problem. Very weird performance from such an organization. So many people are complaining but the management is still sleeping, taking no action to solve the problem more than a month have passed.
