Karnataka Bank Offers New Generation Mobile PassBook service branded as "KBL mPassbook 1.0.4" to its Customers. Register by entering your

i) 9 digit Customer Id which is available on 1st page of your physical Pass Book or by contacting your Base branch and

ii) 10 digit Mobile number registered with the Bank.

Such a worst service provided. When I ask the bank employees about my past transactions, they ask me to use this app. Download, uninstall and redownload. I did this almost 10 times. I am entering customer id and mobile number all the time, but nothing is happening. And if something pops up, it's just 'processing'. And that processing goes on for more than half an hour. Such a worst app. Not at all user friendly although I downloaded the updated version. Improve this app. Highly disappointed. 😡

Asks me to visit the branch for trivial things that other banks have seamlessly enabled in their apps. I don't know what's the intention of this application if it cannot fulfill a basic necessity such as downloading the account statement.

Already Auto updated. But again and again Update Now message. without mind application validation requirement.Useless app. Updated version is asked again again as update now.
