The old application was perfect. I don't know why they forced us to install this new app. It doesn't work, it has got loads of problems. First it didn't let me register my account, giving errors like failed, wrong pin, request timeout all the time. And when finally it did, I can't login, giving errors all the time, so i uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it won't let me register my existing account at all. Pathetic joke to tell "Refresh edition".

Overall, the earlier app was way better. Do not see any improvements in this app, in fact it is slower and more tedious to use. Have had frequent 'session expired' msg between transactions, forcing me to sign in repeatedly. The auto filled Verification code is not visible for verification by user with the code received by SMS. Option to view debited Transaction details and forward proof of sending an amount to a beneficiary is not provided.

I don't know what is the logic in changing the application. Earlier one was working very good and it was handy. Whatever I need, get it easily. Now with this new app it is becoming too much complex and to search for basic things line bank statement I have to look too much. Glad that playstore don't have negative star, otherwise I would have given that. From last 11 years I am customer of KBL and like from that time I am using mobile banking application. Never ever disappointed like this.
