Ratings and reviews

Avoid online shopping through this app. I placed an order, paid in full, and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the branch, my order was nowhere to be found. Customer service couldn't locate it or provide any solution. Paying for an order that disappears with no support is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend using this app for online shopping.

I like to do online shopping and the experience should be nice and easy. Instead, it's a nightmare when it comes to online payments. I had a really bad experience when the payment process ended abruptly with no warning. The order didn't register, but the money were gone from my account. After 20 long minutes, I finally received the email with my order being processed. These things should not happen. Your online payment module needs a lot of work. I don't think I 'll use you app anytime soon.

It was extreamly hard to order online. Already filled in boxes appearing with error, while the information there was correctly filled, as so the app unable completing the purchase. Won't purchase online again.
