A delivery damage report you finish at the curb, and an access survey that goes out before the truck is loaded.
An hour out, an hour back, a restocking fee and a second crew booked, all because nobody measured a stairwell door. This is the paperwork that keeps that afternoon from happening, and the evidence that settles it when it happens anyway.
MEASURE THE ROUTE BEFORE YOU LOAD
Pick the item: sofa, bed, fridge, washer, dryer, wardrobe, table, piano, safe, treadmill. It writes a message you can send and a two-page survey sheet PDF: how to measure a doorway, a stair, a turn landing and an elevator cab, a reference number, a declaration to sign. No website to open, nothing to install. What comes back sits beside your estimate, tagged as theirs, and a gap of 10 cm or more is flagged.
SEVEN PLACES AN ITEM GETS STUCK
Gate, front door, hallway, stair width, turn landing ceiling, elevator door, elevator cab, in route order. Each gets a green, amber or red light with its clearance in your units. Will it fit? The fit check names the tightest point and prints the gap. Verdict: GO, GO WITH CONDITIONS, NO-GO, or INCOMPLETE while numbers are missing. A stair turn is judged on the item's tilted diagonal against the ceiling at the landing.
HOW MANY ON THE JOB
Two people, three, or a stair climber, from weight and carry distance against thresholds you set. A scheduling recommendation: this app records, it does not advise.
PHOTOGRAPH IT, THEN LOCK IT
At the tailgate, the hallway before anything came through it, the item in position, the same frames after, and any damage to the home. Job number, time and coordinates are burned into a copy; the original is never rewritten, and a SHA-256 is kept for both. Frame an entrance again and the earlier photo sits faintly over the viewfinder. The customer signs the proof of delivery and the job closes.
THE CLAIM PACK A CARRIER ASKS FOR
Box before opening, shipping label, box damage, packing inside, item out, close-up of the defect: six shots in that order. The pack says it is short until all six exist. Order and tracking number, carrier, manufacturer and retailer on the cover; status runs Draft to Approved or Rejected. This app does not value damage and does not decide who pays.
WHAT COMES OUT

- Access Survey Sheet PDF with the how-to-measure page
- Proof of Delivery PDF: checklist, before and after, signatures
- Damage Claim Pack PDF: box evidence, defects, property damage, contact log

STAYS ON THIS PHONE
Deliveries, photos and signatures stay here. No account, no portal, no analytics SDK, no ads. Every PDF is built on the device, so a basement with no bars is still a full job.
THE REST OF THE DAY
- Six filters; copy a delivery to reuse a measured address
- A reminder the evening before: no measurements back, or the fit check still NO-GO
- Inches and pounds or centimeters and kilograms; A4 or Letter follows your locale
- One ZIP backup where you choose; tablet layout, dark mode, erase all
WHITE GLOVE, THRESHOLD, ROOM OF CHOICE
Whatever the retailer sells it as, the argument afterwards is identical: what shape the item was in leaving the tailgate, and what the hallway looked like before the carry. Threshold delivery ends at the door.
