About this app

A case leaves the warehouse full. The only question that matters is what walks back in.

QR inventory for the crews who load the truck: production and AV companies, lighting and sound hire firms, touring bands and DJs, theatre, school and church tech teams. Put a QR label on the lid, scan it, and every pack and every return counts against a list you wrote once.

THE CASE IS THE UNIT
Build a case the way it really packs: cable case A, LX case 3, the mic trunk. Every line gets a standard quantity and a note of where it sits inside, dragged into the order your hands find them. Over 150 ready item names cover cable, stands, clamps, lighting, mics, radios, power and gel.

LABELS YOU CAN PRINT TODAY
QR label sheets at 21 per A4 page or 30 per Letter page, and you can start part way down a sheet you already peeled. Every label carries a four-letter code as well, CB01 or LX04, for the day a lid is too scuffed or too dark for the camera to read.

COUNTING
Scan the lid and the case opens on its own count with the flashlight already on. Tap the box for a full line, tap the number when it is short, or hit All here and move on. One ring holds four figures at once: expected, found, still missing, damaged. No save button, no signal needed: every tap lands on the phone as you make it.

ONE SHOW, ONE RECORD
Client, venue, out date, date back, dry hire or crewed. Continuous scan keeps the camera running so cases stack onto the show as fast as they go up the ramp.

THE RETURN IS MEASURED AGAINST THE PACK
If a case went out one XLR light, it is not short again on the way home. The return count expects what was really loaded, not what the template wishes had been.

WHAT IS GONE AND WHAT IT COSTS
Cases affected, units missing, damaged lines, replacement cost, every short line itemized. A line with no price on file prints as not priced and stays out of the total. The app will not invent a number on a page you hand a client.

PHOTOS THAT CARRY THEIR OWN DATE
Long press a line to photograph the damage. The date, the time, the case code and the show name are burned into the picture, and the untouched original stays in the app's own storage.

SERIALS WHERE THEY MATTER
Flag a line high value and the app asks for the serial going out and the serial coming back. Two different serials and the row says so, even when the quantity adds up.

PAPERWORK THAT LEAVES THE PHONE
Pack list signed at handover. Shortage report with the damage photos and a signature at return. A one page summary per show. CSV of cases, shows, shortages and count events for the books or for rental software. Documents print in English (US), English (UK), German or Dutch while the app itself stays in your language.

WHERE THE CABLE GOES
Open an item and read its own history: every show it went missing on, how many, what it cost, the photos in date order, six months on one chart.

CREW SYNC WITH NO SERVER OF OURS
Point the app at a folder the company already shares — Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, a network share. Each phone writes only its own file, so two people counting at the same time cannot overwrite each other. Changes travel as fast as that folder syncs, seconds to minutes, not live. There is no dashboard of who is counting what.

STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account, no sign-in, no analytics. Counting works with the doors shut and no bars. Back up to a file you keep, and restore everything or just the case templates.

SMALL THINGS THAT HELP
A reminder and a home screen widget on the date back. Backstage mode: black screen, amber text, so a count in the wings does not light the stage. Counting is never locked. No ads on any tier, because your client signs these pages.

Also used for equipment inventory, gear inventory, tool inventory, equipment checkout and check in check out, show packing lists, stage and lighting inventory, band gear inventory, production kit lists, equipment return checklists, QR and barcode scanner asset tracking and warehouse stock counts.
