Downloaded the app excited to learn some good history and lessons. The content was extremely basic and every lesson was broken up with pointless "quizzes". Tired to unsubscribe twice and was charged twice. Email support and they tell me charges are non refundable, but in the infinite "generosity" they offered 1 year of the app (I obviously don't want) for free. Cute and useless. Just like their app.

Very upset, I cancelled the trial like 2 days in, deleted the app without deleting my account since I thought I might come back to it someday. It asked me a few questions, then said that the trail was cancelled, so I moved on with my life. Today I saw an email saying I was charged $97 for a subscription!!! I was beyond upset, first because I cancelled, second because the price!! I love history, learning, all that, but this is absolutely crazy. I'm trying to get a refund, and report the issue atm

I do like the app. It has a great delivery with interesting and engaging information. The problem is that whenever I choose to watch an ad to unlock a heart, I get an error message. This really takes me out of the moment and loses immersion. Since I don't have the money to spend on the premium version, I'll have to wait another hour to get another heart. I'll adjust my rating if that problem gets fixed.
