The worst app to use on a daily basis. Sometimes it'll have your load for hours, but sometimes after 2 minutes it's gone. Good luck if you have no cell service. Which most oil wells aren't exactly in quality cell service locations. If it does get rid of your load, sometimes it'll ask if you'd like to resume the previous load. If you say yes, it'll simply close the app. Absolute trash, good luck if you use it like me on a daily basis

Unoptimized, unintuitive, and unreliable. Open tickets get randomly wiped before you submit them, constantly logs you out, constantly resending/fetching data in places with no service, and net barrels are all over the place. Overall I'm extremely displeased and annoyed with this app, there's nothing about it to like. Tickets take way longer to do compared to similar apps I've used in the past, especially when it decides to delete the ticket you had open and you're forced to start from scratc

they successfully made it dumber. it logs out of the app even more now if you use another app like Google maps or anything. and you can't use the flashlight on your phone because they made sure their app doesn't allow it, and when you put the app in the background it logs out, which sucks in areas with poor network like the oilfield. what's wrong with using my phone as a flashlight. why does it need to logout so much? why does it need to update every single chance it gets? idiots made this
