Trying to order through this app is a waste of time. When you get to the payment option, there is no place to enter your name, then when you try to finalize the order, it rejects it because no name was entered. useless! I tried it 3 times with the same result. I finally gave up and ordered from KFC. Their app worked fine and I ended up getting a bigger meal for $8 cheaper! Deleting this app.

Completely unusable. Attempting to add your payment information simply presents you with a waiting throbber before giving up. Buttons are massive and provide no feedback. You can't sign into the rewards program no matter which menu you try to do it from. Astonishing how bad the app can be when it used to work just fine.

Love the food, amazing, app not so much. I noticed some kind of upcharge glitch, specifically for sides, where the price is already set, but you can't check out until you make an option, when you make an option, the price is doubled. I checked the online menu as well as other locations, it is not almost $11 for a large side, like the app claims it to be. I would definitely fix this, or switch hosts, because it will draw people away. No one likes unnecessary upcharges.
