Trying to order through this app is a waste of time. When you get to the payment option, there is no place to enter your name, then when you try to finalize the order, it rejects it because no name was entered. useless! I tried it 3 times with the same result. I finally gave up and ordered from KFC. Their app worked fine and I ended up getting a bigger meal for $8 cheaper! Deleting this app.

Love the food, amazing, app not so much. I noticed some kind of upcharge glitch, specifically for sides, where the price is already set, but you can't check out until you make an option, when you make an option, the price is doubled. I checked the online menu as well as other locations, it is not almost $11 for a large side, like the app claims it to be. I would definitely fix this, or switch hosts, because it will draw people away. No one likes unnecessary upcharges.

First, make your rewards redeemable within the app like most other restaurant apps. Second, make a more clear indication of which locations are "participating locations". I can order ahead at my local Lee's but they do not accept my birthday reward, they do not communicate that until you get to the window to pay, and they don't offer an explanation as to why.
