The app is fine. Service is mediocre but you get what you pay for. I am also having an issue with cancelling my subscription/account, seems difficult. There's no button to click and whenever you chat in the bubble they just give you a phone number. Not really user friendly. I told them I didn't have the money last month and asked if I could pause my subscription. They gave me a run around about canceling and redoing. I don't even remember, they keep trying to bill my card over an over.

The app itself is alright, I guess, but the company is terrible. First, you can't cancel a subscription unless you go through some hotline where you finally get a notification a month and a 1/2 after you try to cancel your subscription that it was actually processed. They don't help with anything that you can't already do for free. Expecting help from them because they say they help you with lawyers? Nope, they give you a bunch of numbers to call yourself, which you could have found online. 0/5

Okay app, okay service. However according to the policy, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund on a subscription cancelation. I canceled the day after being charged my final month and they set it up for "review" that conveniently lasted the rest of the "subscription period". I spent almost $100 and only used one service, one time. Thats not how you should treat a customer that youre advertising so hard to for a new subscription.
