it's work and access to all others things but direct sim card call 📞 not active and have try but not get through... pls what will be the final solution to make sim card work on my watch+ ?

It works like a 30 dollar watch... Will not let me create an account.

It's not working with my watch, my watch is connected but I can't change the watch face or watch dial even when tha dial upgrade starts it is cancelled automatically even though my watch is properly connected.... It's so irritating 😔. Please guide me in detail how can I fix this irritating error.
