No help, the manual is in Chinese. Nothing online. There's no help what so ever.

We couldn't use this app because our smartwatch was app specific and didn't have an active bluetooth toggle option. For us it was disappointing but the GT3 smartwatch is a great product and this app would have paired well with it. The UI is good.

The scan is not working I restarted my phone and shut off Bluetooth and turned it back on again and it still does the same thing as I said at the top of the message.
