I just downloaded this and am still in the free trial period. I was very much interested in this app and excited to try it. Not a single one of the exercises or audio based pieces of content is working. Every time I hit play the app crashes. cancelling subscription until this is fixed. and hopefully it gets fixed soon!

I'm not sure... The app seemed promising, but everything is behind a paywall. It was disappointing to open the app with some hope of discovering myself, only to find that everything except a couple of introductions are blocked behind the paywall. Don't get me wrong, i feel a service like this is worthy of being paid for, but i do wish that there was some free content in the actual realm of discovery for those of us who aren't ready to pay, or can't due to financial circumstances.

I subscribed to this app in 2024 and cancelled it. It is now 2026 and they are still charging me. Last year they helped me with the refund process but here we are again with the same issue. I have emailed them more than 10 times with no response. How it is not illegal to continue storing someone's information when they have explicitly cancelled their subscription? How are they still around when even whatever AI bot they use to talk to people won't acknowledge you??
