Edit: The issue seems to have been fixed today. I give 5 stars now. I opened the micro lender page to check my loan, it just keeps loading and then the app suddenly closes. now I want to transact but I can't be able to log on to letchego bank page since it can never finish loading, but it just closes off in the process. I'm stuck. I will give 5 stars when this is fixed. i tried reinstalling the app but no fix.

I was informed that my refund for the payroll loan over-deduction since June 2025 has been credited to my account. However, when I log in to the app, I'm redirected to complete my profile with my Ghana Card Number and a selfie. After submitting, I'm taken back to the start, and a message says I've already registered, but my details aren't displayed. Repeated attempts yield the same result. Despite multiple contacts with LetShego, the issue persists, I think the app has bugs that need fixing!.

Letshego loan is quick to access and staff are sincere, dedicated, humble and readily available to attend to their customers. Letshego is the best option.
