Edit: The issue seems to have been fixed today. I give 5 stars now. I opened the micro lender page to check my loan, it just keeps loading and then the app suddenly closes. now I want to transact but I can't be able to log on to letchego bank page since it can never finish loading, but it just closes off in the process. I'm stuck. I will give 5 stars when this is fixed. i tried reinstalling the app but no fix.

The app is difficult to maneuver. Don't expect to do more then to send money to another bank. Don't even bother trying to apply for a loan with this app. The above was posted in 2023. No improvements. In 2026, the app is still like a maze or a puzzle. If you make a wrong move of trying to check your loan balance, you will come to a dead end and stuck with 2 options. dial customer service or check offer. forced to apply. Entering this app is like entering an escape room. A game of wits!

Wondering why the loan I got three years back has refused to reduce whenever I check on the app the principal is still at the same money. Planning to report you to UMFRA.
