Smooth, simple, non-judgemental, positive tool if used right. However, it cannot be accessed from very old androids like my Nokia (and only working phone, currently) but the App can be downloaded like some form of torture, only to be told that the log-in link has already been used upon confirmation - which is a nightmare and prevents you from paying for anything online due to the need for verification and the fact that they cannot assist on their end. PLEASE attempt to make it accessible to all!

Don't loose your card. Getting a replacement is very hard work. Ordered my replacement in January! Still waiting. Was told to order again on the app but the app won't let me because the 1 that should have arrived in February needs to activated first. I can't activate because I dont have it. All the staff do is tell you to order one on the app but after explaining I can't was told someone would "get back to me". All you need to do is send a new card before I get fed up and close the account!

love our Zable card. We keep it especially for shopping and pay the balance off in full every month. It's a win, win, as bill gets paid then it's there to use in full again for the next month. We have never had any problems at all with our account, so I can't make any comments about customer service. However, I will say that the application process was very quick and easy. Would highly recommend the company. Definitely a 9.5/10!
