It's ok, however every time a direct debit payment is due they send me a text to let me know there isn't enough money in my account to cover it (there always is), so I'm forced to make a manual payment, using the same account they have registered... sort of an obvious fault on their part that they just can't seem to fix.

Cant fault Zable. Got into a financial issue and they've not only worked with me but kept my card open. yes, the interest is high but thats what happens you you got bad credit. Gradually getting back on track with finances thanks to Zable.

Very disappointing experience with Zable. I used the card to buy products from Alibaba and always made my payments on time, often before the due date. Despite this, Zable blocked/restricted my account because of these purchases. I contacted their support team but was ignored, and my appeal received no proper response either. I also use Capital One with no such issues. I won’t use or recommend Zable again.
