This Levi's app is terrible on the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's had four different updates ever since I installed it, and it's still exactly the same. It's very sluggish and laggy on both phones. Every now and then, the app will freeze, close itself, log me out. I've troubleshooted it numerous times, cleared the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled, but nothing works. Fix it ASAP!

I will never purchase their jeans again. I put a few items that were marked down in a cart & the system gave me the correct price. Then I switched to a private device and put the same items in the cart. It showed me the correct price at first, then switched to full price when I finished putting my payment information. I sent screenshots to customer service WITH PROOF and they admitted to having a glitch in the system but nothing they could do. Called in & asked for manager and rep said no.

This app is dogs*it. Logged me out during the important drop. Then it wouldn't let me log back in, saying I'm using the wrong password (I'm using biometrics). When I tried to reset my password, it then said I had to use a "valid email". Jumped on my iPad, same thing. Opened a desktop browser. Same thing. Now, when everything is sold out, it logs in like nothing happened. Useless app. Horrible drop. Deleting it right away. I don't need your marketing notifications. U can't provide a decent exp.
