I really enjoy this app for soccer games in the Chicago area. A lot of old issues have been improved on (buggy interface, personal match dashboard, cancellation notifications, etc) and customer service is highly responsive. The playing level varies somewhat but is usually decent. Very excited to see more locations and games added in the future!

Hey Dominic - we definitely put in all our efforts to make sure we never stop making the right improvements for our community. This past year we've been obsessed with bringing the cancellation rate do a minimum close to zero to make sure we provide the best game experience and reliable schedules for you as players! it worked for 2 weeks but now it constantly crashes when i select certain pick-up games. the ui could also use some improvement. i think it would make more sense to be able to select the city + sport in the pick-up games page instead of settings. and the competitions should be able to be filtered by city + sport. it would be nice to filter the pick-up games by level, location, gender. i would like to be able to customize my profile picture. prices are a bit high but ok. at least it's legit.

Hey Jingqi, we are so sorry to hear you faced these crashes. You were right in many of these points that we've added along the way. You can now more easily change the location and preferred sport, as well as choose what type of game based on different formats, CO-ED or Women's Games, level of play etc. We will keep working on all of these

Great idea but poor app execution. I'm very thankful to have a way to find out about games happening near me - that part is great. But it feels like a half completed software. For example, after joining a game, there is no section in the app where you can go and see which upcoming games you signed up for or which games you signed up for in the past. And if you sign up for a game that later gets canceled, you don't receive an email or any notification about the fact that it was canceled.

We feel you 100%, we know we still have a long way to go, this is our main focus atm. We know the game experience goes beyond the field and starts on the app. You can access any upcoming games scrolling down on your profile page, and make sure to keep notifications on to get the pop ups for cancellations, emails will be a new feature coming soon!
