This app is a hot mess. For one thing there is no download progress bar. I get that there may not be enough "real-estate" on the app UI. BUT you can add it to notifications area. Plus it'll at times when it wants to connect with the actual camera, and then goes straight to the "viewer" screen of what the cam is looking at. There is no need to always have to stop recording just to scroll thought the footage.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an incident happen (hit an run with a pedestrian) right in front of me and when I found the footage I was unable to save it. I tried for an hour, maybe longer. I drove to my dad's so I could just upload it onto his laptop. Didn't realize that the footage automatically erased as you drove more and the footage never saved on my phone from the app. So clearly this app can not save any footage and clearly that's a must have. Please fix this app!!!!

I really like your cameras, and specifically purchased this one because it has Wi-Fi capabilities. However your app is is the worst I have ever used. I have had it for 6 months, and have only gotten it to connect with the camera about 3 times. And when it did connect, I couldn't do anything. I'm tech savvy enough to know that this app is a waste of time and I'm surprised, with the quality of your cameras, you would back it up with a good app.
