The Liberty Tax mobile app enables the customer to have all Liberty Tax resources at their fingertips anytime, anywhere. Some of these features include:
• Schedule an appointment with your local Liberty Tax office and check-in to that appointment when the time arrives.
• Begin a return using our Virtual Tax Pro to engage your local Liberty Tax Service tax expert.
• Upload tax documents and relevant information directly to the Office/Preparer you choose.
• Access your current and previous year tax return prepared with Liberty Tax without visiting one of our offices.

keeps saying "unable to link account" when I put in my s.s. and dob. suggested I call my tax preparer for help. they can't understand the problem and thus can't help. they need tech support. so I have to go back to their office and have me print out all the info on my refund as they insisted the app would be better. also super expensive. but they take your documents hostage when you first come in, give you a quote, then nearly bill you double.

Ms KC was the best tax preparer I've had in a very long time! It was not a long wait and she went through everything step by step to make sure I got the right refund back. Very professional and sweet...my wife and I will definitely come back for years to come! Thanks again Ms KC Coleman!!!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a tax place. These people really care about you and your taxes. I left feeling confident and like I was apart of the tax pro family. I look forward to filing with them in the future thank you liberty tax!!!!
