Track your progress, form, and overall body transformation with your camera and an adjustable overlay (ghost) from 0 to 100%. Photos are saved directly to your phone’s gallery, so you can easily delete, edit, or create collages using standard gallery functions. The app supports the front camera, lets you select images from your gallery, and includes a mini‑gallery for quick preview and deletion. The ghost overlay disappears when pressing the Home button, giving you full control.
