Ratings and reviews

Beware of these folks. They don't deliver all the items you order (sometimes they don't even inform you about missing items) and don't even refund your money for the missing items. Their customer support person told me that they refund only when the customer asks!!! There were at least 4 orders in last 3 months that had one or two missing items and they had not refunded. I assumed that a company such as Licious who charge a premium for their products at least have such basic system in place to refund the amount if the item was not delivered. They also overcharge you sometimes after the order is placed, in the guise of weight adjustment!!! So this additional charge gets added in your next order!!!Buy it at your own risk.

Each item is over priced, much more than market price. Not only that, availablity of products is also not guaranteed in time of need. For example, if I want to buy 1 kg goat curry cut today, June 17, 2026, I will forced to buy from competition since either product or quantity is not available in the app. Business model needs a lot of improvement.

Very bad experience as a first-time user of this app. Ordering through this platform feels outdated and extremely inefficient. The delivery took hours — it would have been much faster to simply take a taxi and get the items myself within minutes. What’s even more disappointing is that the company took the payment but was unable to either deliver the order or process a refund properly. Asking customers to send emails instead of resolving issues directly only wastes more time. Waste of time
