Poor tech. Failed transaction and still waiting for the refund initiation. No reply from support regarding the non receipt of payment. No 200% cash back in the wallet on successful order as advertised in the campaign. No refund of wallet amount yet on the failed transaction 19/04/2017 I have tried licious couple of time in the last few months and have been satisfied with the delivery and the product. It will be great if payments could be made through UPI
In name of hi tech meat processing n all these premium gimmicks ... It's a good way to charge customer double the price than the regular market. I was a licious customer n ordered many times in the past. But in the name primum when they started giving chicken neck in the package ... i stopped. I only suggest Licious to people who are new to meat . Otherwise it's better to get it from a known meat shop in your local area. At the end ..Licious is like drinking a cup of tea in 5 star restaurant .. all in the name of so called luxury n primum!!!!
Prices are more than double. The prices cannot be justified by claiming 36 checks in processing. You cannot sell a 1kg chicken for 1000rs saying we have 100 checks in processing. Any business should be customer friendly and should give a competition to the other vendors. Here this is not a fair business.
