Ratings and reviews

Beware of these folks. They don't deliver all the items you order (sometimes they don't even inform you about missing items) and don't even refund your money for the missing items. Their customer support person told me that they refund only when the customer asks!!! There were at least 4 orders in last 3 months that had one or two missing items and they had not refunded. I assumed that a company such as Licious who charge a premium for their products at least have such basic system in place to refund the amount if the item was not delivered. They also overcharge you sometimes after the order is placed, in the guise of weight adjustment!!! So this additional charge gets added in your next order!!!Buy it at your own risk.

I am a user of Licious service for the past 7 years, while your product quality is good and have almost no issues, I have to bring to your attention that your app is so slow and sluggish. placing an order in the app feels almost like getting stuck behind a long queue in a busy supermarket till. for instance today after building the cart, while checking out, I got a prompt saying slots or items may be unavailable, review cart. but the app dosent say which item is causing me the issue.

Very bad experience with this app. The customer support is extremely disappointing their call center does not genuinely try to solve issues and only gives scripted responses. It feels like they don’t really care about customers' problems. Delivery service is also very unreliable. It seems like orders are delivered based on their mood rather than any proper system or commitment. Overall, a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest not buying from here.
