Ratings and reviews

Beware of these folks. They don't deliver all the items you order (sometimes they don't even inform you about missing items) and don't even refund your money for the missing items. Their customer support person told me that they refund only when the customer asks!!! There were at least 4 orders in last 3 months that had one or two missing items and they had not refunded. I assumed that a company such as Licious who charge a premium for their products at least have such basic system in place to refund the amount if the item was not delivered. They also overcharge you sometimes after the order is placed, in the guise of weight adjustment!!! So this additional charge gets added in your next order!!!Buy it at your own risk.

The most overrated application on the Play Store has excessively high delivery charges. Deliveries are scheduled according to their convenience, not the customer's. Prices are significantly higher than those of competing applications. Additionally, the available options are limited and fewer than those offered by other apps. Unless changes are made, I predict that this application will close within five years.

We ordered a kilogram of chicken at 9:38 am, it was shown in the lucious app that we would receive our order between 10:00 am to 12 pm. However, we saw that the timing was changed to 1:30 - 1:50 pm, which is outrageous. It would be fair and acceptable if the delay was around 30 minutes. But a delay of more than an hour and a half is very disappointing. Our delivery partner was also not reachable. We were unable to receive any compensation or at least an explanation for the inconvenience caused.
