Ratings and reviews

I had pre-booked a room through the Agoda app, not really paying attention to the area. This hotels site was very misleading. The pictures and conditions were not disclosed. It was so bad I didn't care. I was out 168.00. My only choice was to drive down to the Studio 6 motel in Hemet on the main strip on Florida. Room's recently upgraded with amenities above expectation. James, the onsite manager, is kind and very accommodating at short notice. Property has security cameras, well lighted.

Pauline checked us in very quickly She efficiently provided her expertise on many questions that we had asked of her. She was extremely friendly and pleasant as can be, as with also providing many great suggestions on great places to eat in the area. Every suggestion she recommended was perfectly aligned with our cravings as well as being definitely👌 worth out time and money! We both for sure definitely recommend this establishment to all of our free and family to visit literally at any time!

The app has no flaws. My only wish is for more "smart" features: auto-check in upon arrival, or maybe a notification asking if I'd like to check-in via mobile, option to use the room key or smart phone NFC, NFC payment options on vending machines, ability to use phone/ tablet as a TV remote or to cast from, thermostat controls. I know these upgrades will take time and money but if someone at corporate hears these ideas, my job is done ^.^
