Ratings and reviews

I try to be fair in my ratings. But I really don't like dishonest companies. They didn't show you the full price, so naturally as a consumer we click book so we can see the price. They have a book now pay later button. I figured it'll give me a rundown of the prices and I can click accept or don't accept. guess what? that's a bait and switch button, it instantly books you, no confirmations nothing. and even more, no way to cancel in the app. Their motels suck, obviously. This isn't cool at all

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE APP! They will double charge you. This happened to me multiple times this month. Last time, the front desk canceled my booking when I arrived due to a "problem" with the booking. Customer service has been a nightmare and refuses to refund because it was past the cancelation time, even though it was Motel 6 that created the problem and Motel 6 that canceled the booking. Front Desk at the hotel can't even see the charge made by the app. Complete scam.

where to start, the app has caused me more trouble, Everytime I use it, thinking I could actually use this simple app. The app allow you to make reservations and when you change the amount of beds or people and try to book, , the app goes back to 1 person 1 bed and if you don't cancel that reservation it will charge your card. and reservations anc front desk. are like rival sides they both say something different
