incompetent clowns. I spent 3 weeks trying to port my number. they ghosted me every time. I had to chase them and even then they wouldn't help me. they don't want to onboard new clients. 10 times I tried to talk with their customer support and every time their support is bad and they end the chat immediately after giving some generic reply without actually trying to help. bad company. avoid.

My account was deactivated when I left Ukraine and I've been trying to get it back. the customer service on Telegram is just a bot, and when I ask for expert help, it asks me to log in through my phone number (which isn't working)!
