incompetent clowns. I spent 3 weeks trying to port my number. they ghosted me every time. I had to chase them and even then they wouldn't help me. they don't want to onboard new clients. 10 times I tried to talk with their customer support and every time their support is bad and they end the chat immediately after giving some generic reply without actually trying to help. bad company. avoid.

The new UI is so inconvenient. The links within the app are broken (for example, when you click any link in settings, it takes you to the incorrect section of the app). The reports are close to useless: everything is on one page, categories, which are clearly integers are displayed as floats (sms sent: 25.00, received: 17.00, outgoing calls: 28758.00 etc). I hope the previous be version is still going to be supported.
