Why can't I buy 'cheap calls' anymore? On an app, it's unavailable, and on a website, it says, 'Service activation is not possible'

The new UI is so inconvenient. The links within the app are broken (for example, when you click any link in settings, it takes you to the incorrect section of the app). The reports are close to useless: everything is on one page, categories, which are clearly integers are displayed as floats (sms sent: 25.00, received: 17.00, outgoing calls: 28758.00 etc). I hope the previous be version is still going to be supported.
