I have found value in the use of this app. it's interesting after I write an entry and the"mentor" responds. I like that. I have the free version, I'm not consistent enough to actually pay for the upgraded version, I'm sure it's like it, I just know myself well enough to know I'll not get my$$ worth, n not because it doesn't have good value, I'm just forget or get distracted for 3 months. maybe since faith but not in the next year or so.

This is a great journal app for those that work best with other things to bounce off of. It may even be quite good for extraverts, as it offers you the opportunity to interact with an "other" (although it is AI). I enjoy the reflections offered to me when I enter my personal thoughts, often finding other threads to explore further. Definitely worth giving a go if you have found it difficult to maintain the focus needed for daily journaling.
