Itās frustrating how ordering from this app becomes a waste of time. After placing an order, paying, and waiting for delivery, I received a call saying nearly 80% of the items were out of stock. While customer service tries to assist, the multiple calls and repeated refund messages are exhausting. Yes, refunds are issued but after all the hassle, it doesnāt feel like a good experience.

The app is good with one annoying issue which not a lot of people may have noticed. when you search for an item and lets say you mistyped a letter, there is no way to move the cursor to the middle of a word to edit, add or remove a letter. you will have to delete everything you typed in the search field and tben type again. I assume this should be an easy fix and I hope the app developers can give this issue more attention. rest is great in my opinion.

When I placed the order, there was no information about the deductions, and it didnāt even ask for push OTPsāthe amount was deducted directly. This makes it seem like the app is pharmacy-friendly but not user-friendly. I accidentally ordered the same item twice, and the amount was deducted without my knowledge. In the end, the issue was resolved only because the staff were very friendly and helpful.
