They offered fake discounts. After my purchase, they sent me a message saying that I had a discount, so I went back to the store to use it. They told me I first had to install their app, and then said the discount only applied to 5% of their products — which were all unknown brands. They also behaved rudely while applying even that small discount. If you want, I can make it more formal, more polite, or more direct.

I am honestly very disappointed. I waited for my sunscreen delivery for hours watching the countdown go from 10 minutes to 1 minute, and suddenly it changed to “delayed” again and again. Customer care kept saying the driver wasn’t responding. Even after telling them my clinic closes at 8 PM, they gave a delivery time after 9 PM. I trusted this service, but this experience was truly upsetting. I just want to upload the screen shots of chat with customer care,but I couldn't find where to upload

I’m very disappointed with Life Pharmacy’s voucher offer. It only applies to a few selected items that are mostly useless or overpriced, making the voucher pointless. The promotion is misleading and gives no real value to customers. Instead of helping us save, it feels like a trick to push high-priced products. This offer makes no sense and is very frustrating. Life Pharmacy should provide honest and fair promotions.
