It’s frustrating how ordering from this app becomes a waste of time. After placing an order, paying, and waiting for delivery, I received a call saying nearly 80% of the items were out of stock. While customer service tries to assist, the multiple calls and repeated refund messages are exhausting. Yes, refunds are issued but after all the hassle, it doesn’t feel like a good experience.

When I placed the order, there was no information about the deductions, and it didn’t even ask for push OTPs—the amount was deducted directly. This makes it seem like the app is pharmacy-friendly but not user-friendly. I accidentally ordered the same item twice, and the amount was deducted without my knowledge. In the end, the issue was resolved only because the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They offered fake discounts. After my purchase, they sent me a message saying that I had a discount, so I went back to the store to use it. They told me I first had to install their app, and then said the discount only applied to 5% of their products — which were all unknown brands. They also behaved rudely while applying even that small discount. If you want, I can make it more formal, more polite, or more direct.
