We had a voucher to redeem and it is the worst experience I had in a pharmacy . After this I will change to different place . Nothing in terms and conditions says you need minimum items yet the cashier refused to availe the voucher . It would have been better of you didn't offer anything and let us shop normally.

The slowest delivery in Dubai, takes 2 and half hour for one order for 5 min distance and now while writing this comment, still didn't receive it, no answer on whatsapp neither fone call, I called the corporate office, they put me on hold and after few minutes they dropped it without notice, dear life, stop giving misinformation about your perfect service.

Not clear info by staff not sure if I need to use the 50dhs voucher online or at the counter. I was not advised about expirey date. The app not working i registered but when saving the email gets highlighted not sure why. The app does not say your info is saved. The staff did not tell me that if i need to bring orginal voucher or copy next time. So confusing. Better if use Mobile number or EID to get voucher details and miles.
