Ratings and reviews

App is average from a UI perspective but horrible integrations with inventory at store level. Some of the items were not available post ordering but the app sent half the order and didn't even refund the balance money - simply added it to the life pharmacy wallet. Also delivery times are more than 90 minutes even though they promise 30 when you pay an additional delivery charge.

I am verry disappointed because I could not use the Welcome25% discount on my first order, even though my order was above AED 125. I tried changing the products several times, but it kept showing that the items were not eligible for the discount. This was frustrating, as the promotion was one of the reasons I decided to place my order. I hope this issue can be fixed and the discount applied as advertised

Total scam. It tripled my order on the payment step and charged me 3x. Because the merchant skips OTP authorization, it’s a massive financial risk, avoid using your card or set tight spend limits! ​When I demanded a refund, they only credited their internal wallet. It took multiple frustrating support calls to get it sent back to my bank account. Even then, they still ripped me off by shortchanging me 3 AED on the return. Avoid this app at all costs!
